OFFICIAL RULES

WHO'S ELIGIBLE?

1. Babies born between January 13, 2018 and January 13, 2020.
2. The contest is open to Saskatchewan residents ONLY. Proof of residence may be required.

SUBMISSION CRITERIA:

1. NO NUDITY! Children must be clothed/covered top and bottom. No bath or potty photos.
2. Photos must be recent (within the last 30 days) and must be submitted between January 13, 2020 @10AM and January 21, 2020 @10AM.
3. You can search entries using the "Search Entries" field by email, first name, last name, entry title or entry description.
4. Entries cannot picture any additional people besides the entrant's baby unless you are submitting a photo of twins or triplets etc. If you are submitting for multiples, please be advised that only one entry will be accepted and one prize will be awarded.
5. You can ONLY submit one photo per child.

 HOW TO VOTE:

1. Go to https://cutestbaby.ca and click on the Vote Now link between January 24, 2020 @ 10AM to January 31, 2020 @ 10AM.
2. During the voting period, search for your entry using "Search Entries" field below the current entries. This option will only be available during the voting period. 
3. Click on the SHARE icon located in the bottom right hand corner under your child's photo to share to your social media.  Don't forget to share the Cutest Baby Contest Facebook Page with family and friends to get more votes. Your baby's picture will appear at the top of the shared contest page link as you scroll past the details.
4. Click the heart button to place your vote.
5. You can vote once every 24 hours.
6. Participants and Voters agree to be respectful and will not participate in any negative or abusive comments to C95, Z99, its partners, or other Cutest Baby contest entrants and that failure to cooperate could result in immediate removal from the contest and further legal action if required.

HOW WINNERS ARE CHOSEN:

• Babies will be featured on the contest page Photo in random order. The top five finalists will be posted on the Cutest Baby website when the voting period closes after 10:00 am on Friday, January 31, 2020.
• The top five babies who receive the most votes by 10:00am on Friday, January 31, 2020 will be entered to win the Grand Prize.
• One Grand Prize Winner will be awarded. Each of the top five finalists will receive additional prizes thanks to our sponsors.
• The final draw IS random and winners are NOT chosen by any preferences or discrimination by our partners.
• Eligibility of ALL entries will be reviewed and confirmed BEFORE the winner is chosen and the draw is made. We understand that grievances and concerns about another contestants' eligibility may arise, but you DO NOT need to bring these to our attention. Please be assured we will investigate eligibility for all entries and we ask that your focus remain with your entry/child ONLY.

WHAT COULD CAUSE MY ENTRY TO BE REMOVED?

• Failure to meet eligibility and submission requirements. Nude photos will be removed automatically and without consultation for the safety and protection of the child. All other ineligible photos will be reviewed prior to winners being selected. It is your responsibility to ensure your photo follows submission and eligibility criteria or risk disqualification.
• Posting a photo of a child without permission from the parent/guardian or the persons who owns the copyrighted materials of the photo submitted (photographers etc.).
• Negative or abusive comments to C95, Z99 its partners, and/or other Cutest Baby contest entrants.
• The Cutest Baby is authorized to remove ineligible entries without consultation or advance notice.
